About this Position
Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para impulsionar o crescimento dos negócios industriais da Henkel no interior de São Paulo, atuando diretamente no desenvolvimento de clientes, distribuidores e novas oportunidades de mercado. Esta posição combina forte atuação em campo, prospecção consultiva e relacionamento estratégico com indústrias da região.

What you´ll do
- Gerenciar e desenvolver contas e distribuidores industriais da região;
- Prospectar novos clientes e identificar oportunidades de crescimento;
- Conduzir visitas comerciais e técnicas para desenvolvimento de novos negócios;
- Identificar oportunidades de cross-selling e expansão em clientes existentes;
- Realizar análises de precificação e acompanhar campanhas comerciais;
- Ministrar treinamentos técnicos para clientes e distribuidores;
- Acompanhar testes e validações de produtos junto às indústrias;
- Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, visitas e oportunidades comerciais.
What makes you a good fit
- Ensino superior completo;
- Experiência em vendas B2B, preferencialmente no segmento industrial;
- Experiência comercial junto a clientes industriais, preferencialmente nos segmentos de MRO, manutenção, ferramentas, equipamentos ou soluções técnicas para indústria;
- Vivência com vendas externas e atuação em campo;
- Conhecimento do Pacote Office;
- Experiência com Salesforce ou outros sistemas de CRM será considerada um diferencial;
- Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes dentro da região de atuação (Ribeirão Preto e região, com cobertura do interior de São Paulo);
- Inglês será considerado um diferencial.
