What you´ll do
- Own the Hair Care & Styling business, including P&L accountability, annual objectives, and key performance indicators
- Develop and execute short and long-term business strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability
- Identify opportunities to accelerate sales, gain market share and improve overall business performance
- Lead annual planning processes, business reviews, and portfolio recommendations
- Serve as the marketing and commercial lead for the upcoming Schwarzkopf Hair Care business
- Drive go-to-market planning and commercialization strategy for future launches
- Develop channel-specific strategies with a strong emphasis on Specialty Retail partners, incl. Sephora and Ulta
- Build long-term growth plans for the category while balancing Specialty Retail and Professional channel opportunities
- Lead competitive analysis, category assessment, consumer insights evaluation, and market opportunity identification
- Influence portfolio and investment decisions through data-driven analysis Portfolio Management
- Own portfolio strategy, assortment planning, SKU optimization, launch management and product lifecycle management
- Oversee inventory phase-in and phase-out strategies in partnership with Supply Chain and Commercial teams
- Ensure portfolio decisions support both consumer needs and financial objectives
- Lead Hair Care & Styling discussions during bi-weekly meetings
- Partner closely with Sales and Supply Chain to proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Ensure promotional programs are executed on time and deliver expected business results
- Develop contingency plans when performance or supply challenges arise
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness and return on investment
- Ensure resources are allocated to initiatives with the highest growth potential
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of brand management, category management or commercial marketing experience
- Demonstrated experience managing business performance and delivering commercial growth
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and financial management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
- Beauty, hair care, prestige beauty or FMCG experience preferred
- Experience working with Specialty Retail partners such as Sephora, Ulta, or similar
- Experience launching new products or building emerging categories
- Understanding of Professional salon channels and distributor business models with focus on the US is a plus

The salary range for this role is $100,000.00 and $120,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
