About this position
What you´ll do
- Ensure support to IT colleagues in daily operational activities;
- Assist in installation, configuration and replacement of IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers and mobile devices;
- Provide support to employees in basic hardware, software and access-related topics;
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities by preparing IT equipment and standard workplace tools;
- Assist in troubleshooting basic issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, network connectivity and standard business applications;
- Provide support in local IT projects, rollouts, migrations and infrastructure-related activities;
- Help in maintaining IT inventory, asset records and technical documentation;
- Communicate with internal users, global IT teams and external service providers;
- Ensure compliance with internal IT procedures, information security standards and data protection rules
What makes you a good fit
- Final college year or master studies in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Organizational Sciences or similar field;
- Highly motivated and with a high sense of ownership;
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn;
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and computer hardware;
- Multitasking, flexible, customer-oriented;
- Enthusiastic driven, proactive and service-oriented approach; • English language is a must.
