Henkel is looking for a Planning Manager to join our team in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
What you´ll do
- Develops and reviews the long-range Supply plan (24 months to 5 years)
- Develops and reviews the mid / long-term plans for Master Prod. Schedule (MPS), Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and Deployment Requirements
- Planning (DRP) for 6-24 months for the region
- Reviews the supply network to identify constraints and under-utilizations, proposes expansion or contraction needs, and communicates the findings to the SC leadership
- Supports on the inventory analysis by reviewing the inventory policies, tracking and managing slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes
- Identifies FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on the allocation based on business priority Identifies and supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance
- Planning performance
- Provides inputs for the regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP)
- Manage Operational Supply Planning and Material planning to secure and improve supply
