Dein Aufgabenfeld
- Eigenständige Mitwirkung im Recruiting-Prozess, insbesondere bei der Koordination von Interviews sowie bei Abstimmungen mit Kandidat:innen
- Unterstützung im operativen HR-Tagesgeschäft, z. B. bei der Erstellung von Vereinbarungen und Arbeitszeugnissen
- Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben im Hintergrund, unter anderem im Bereich Zeiterfassung und HR-Prozesse
- Einblicke entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles – von der Einstellung bis zur Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Employer Branding Events (Jobmessen, Chancentage etc.)
