- Unterstützung beim Onboarding und Upskilling der Digital Community (inkl. moderner Technologien, Coding und Copilot)
- Organisation digitaler Events und Upskilling‑Formate (z. B. virtuelle Tech‑ oder Upskilling‑Fairs)
- Weiterentwicklung des internen Digital Hubs (SharePoint) als zentrale Anlaufstelle für digitale Themen
- Unterstützung bei internen Digital Trainings mit Fokus auf Digital Leadership Skills
- Mitarbeit an Tools zur Karriere‑ und Skill‑Transparenz
- Weiterführung und operative Unterstützung des Coding Practitioners Konzepts (Python‑Upskilling‑Programms), inkl. organisatorischer und inhaltlicher Beiträge

Wir bieten Dir eine attraktive Vergütung von 1.050-2.270 € Brutto pro Monat an. Diese ist abhängig von der gewünschten Dauer, der Art des Praktikums (freiwilliges- oder Pflichtpraktikum) und von bereits vorhandenen Abschlüssen.
