- Подготовка регулярной отчётности по продажам (ежедневной, еженедельной, ежемесячной, квартальной), консолидация и подведение итогов деятельности отдела продаж
- Подготовка аналитических и сводных таблиц, автоматизация отчётности, контроль качества данных
- Загрузка, обновление и сопровождение данных по результатам продаж
- Подготовка данных и материалов для презентаций торговой команды
- Внесение в систему новых дистрибьюторов отдела продаж и актуализация данных по существующим
- Оказание поддержки команде продаж в работе с CRM‑системой, формирование отчетов из CRM
- Ведение и актуализация реестра договоров и соглашений с дистрибьюторами отдела продаж
Что делает вас идеальным кандидатом
- Высшее или специальное образование, желательно (но не обязательно), где
базовый предмет математика - Английский язык: средний уровень и выше
- Знание Microsoft office, особенно Microsoft Excel (желательно также Power BI, OLAP)
- Опыт в подготовке отчетности
- Внимательность к деталям, коммуникабельность, умение работать в команде, системное мышление, организованность, автоматизировать и структурировать информацию
