Technical Customer Service
What you´ll do
- Technical Customer Service - Internal: Analysis of samples and substrates (both Henkel and Competitor), provide feedback - verbal and written - Receive complaint forms, investigates and warns against possible claims.
- Technical Customer Service External: Assist with customer trials, line assessments, etc - Assist with trouble shooting at customers
Assistance to Operations :
- Supervises and conducts QC test on initial production runs.
- Supervise plant batch
- Initiates and controls rework of redundant materials and rejected batches.
Administration :
- Initiates and compiles information for new product to be entered into internal systems (PIA Request/ ReMap).
- Assist QC/ Production with shelf-life extension,
- Rework instruction, etc.
Safety/ Housekeeping:
- Issues safety data sheets for own products, obtains data sheets for materials and advises customers and production. -
- Maintain designated work area in clean condition (Cleanliness of laboratory 5 S compliance) "
