Quality System Engineer

What you´ll do
- Responsible for the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the IATF16949 quality management system, ensuring compliance with automotive industry and chemical production requirements.
- Organize internal audits, process audits and product audits, coordinate customer audits and third-party certification audits, and track the closure of non-conformity items.
- Monitor key production process quality, analyze process data, and promote the improvement of process capability and product qualification rate.
- Lead the investigation and handling of customer complaints, non-conforming products and quality abnormalities, complete 8D reports and implement corrective & preventive actions.
- Cooperate with supplier quality management, perform supplier audit and non-conformity items tracking.
- Customer quality communication and provide relevant quality documents and data.
- Carry out quality training and promote the construction of quality culture and continuous improvement mechanism.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineering or related.
- Fluent English in oral, reading and writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- High sense of responsibility, reliability, and adaptability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to anticipate and address potential issues.
- Team-oriented spirit, with the ability to collaborate smoothly with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (SHE) rules, procedures, and regulations.
- Has the knowledge of FMEA, Control plan, AQPQ, MSA, PPAP .
- IATF16949 or ISO9001 internal auditor certificate holder.
