Global Trade Analyst

As a Global Trade Analyst, you play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing of Free Trade Agreement (FTA) requests and the timely submission of reports and key performance indicators. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate data in the Global Trade Services (GTS) system, overseeing master data lists, and coordinating with the Asia Pacific Trade team to uphold data quality and accuracy. What you´ll do
- Responsible for the day-to-day processing of Free Trade Agreement (FTA) relevant requests (e.g., cost statement and preference determination)
- Responsible in timely and accurately submission of various reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), team utilization and focal person for the team projects and presentations
- Responsible for accurate, timely and complete data in the Global Trade Services (GTS) system for FTA process; Generation of master data list and in charge for master data clean-ups and annual runs
- Ensures the quality and accuracy of the Master Data as well as the overall coordination with regards to Asia Pacific Trade
- Accountable for informing the Team Lead in any of the process documentation updates; Provides training to new hire team members Contribute or Initiate process improvement.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Customs Management, or related course
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in Global Trade (Trade compliance, Foreign Trade Agreement, Import/Export activities) · Intermediate MS Excel is preferred; Knowledge in SAP is required
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required
- Excellent command of the English language for both written and verbal communication
- Amenable to work on a day-shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati.
